I always had this deep fascination for human psychology and an intuitive understanding of user behaviour. To me, business metrics met with genuine customer needs is poetry. Give me complex business challenges and I’ll design and help build experiences people actually want to interact with.
Strategic articulation
I am comfortable presenting data-backed narratives to senior leadership, using research and metrics to defend design choices. For me, cultivating strong, collaborative relationships is key and still the most reliable way to break silos and secure the trust one needs to keep the team moving forward.
