Currently, I am shaping the home and wayfinding experience for the biggest European retail platform. I specialise in sorting out the complex business frictions into clean, brand-led journeys. To get there, I remain a vocal advocate for the "why” and rely on the beautiful combo of data and experience to align stakeholders and protect the integrity of the customer experience.
